Thanks so much for your purchasing and listening to "Clattery ooze".
These recordings consist of excerpts from improvisational sessions recorded at Tsubame studio, Asakusabashi on 24th April, 2021.
recording, mixing and mastering by Yui Kimijima.

We had four long sessions using various types of microphones for this recording and placed them in different ways each time.
Then tried to grab some specific abstract feelings each session seems fundamentally to have and emphasized them in the mixing phase.
Another aspect we carefully saw was its operating sounds, some might say operating noise. Like it or not, we are always with those sounds whatever we do. The same is true in the case of us playing musical instruments. We kept in mind not to hide them, but to find some harmonies between operating sounds and intentionally released sounds.
We decided these sessions to cut in short pieces to package for this album and eventually they are showing some obscure stories.

Actually this recording was the second opportunity for us. First recording was at Shichoshitsu sono 2, Yokohama in 2017.
You can download the recordings on shicho.org/memory/. This inspired us to launch the second recording project as OkadaTakeshita again.
